Location

Located in the historic Hampton Roads region of Virginia, the town of 1,270 people is located adjacent to the Norfolk/Virginia Beach Metro area. Courtland is conveniently located to some of the best Virginia can offer. Williamsburg and Jamestown are approximately an hour away by way of the free Jamestown Ferry. Williamsburg is not only known for its historic district but also offering some of the largest outlet facilities on the East Coast. The State Capital of Richmond is an hour and a half from Courtland on Rt. 35 North to Interstate 95. Virginia Beach is an hour away to the east and the Outer banks approximately 2 hours to the southeast. Virginia Mountains are three hours to the west and Washington, D.C. is three hours to the north.
